4. Content of operating companies
Guardian’s operating companies (such as Denny’s Bus Lines) operate their own websites and are responsible for their own content, policies, and services. Links from the Site to those companies are provided for convenience. Their content is not part of these Terms.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to websites operated by third parties (including operating companies, LinkedIn, and other service providers). We provide these links for convenience and do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party site.
6. No warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guardian disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or completeness of content.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
